About Us

The Global Awareness Initiative, LLC, is a social venture with the mission of "Reviving the World" by creating linked and open systems for teaching and learning about how to revive ourselves and protect wildlife and habitat.

Our teaching, research and practice spaces (studios) are designed to facilitate a rapid and lasting transfer of knowledge about personal, professional, community and workplace sustainability issues.

The Staying Vital ™ Studio is a space for creating workshops and providing relevant information on personal and professional sustainability primarily through mindfulness-based approaches to stress-reduction, workplace wellness, and leadership development.

The Reviving Ecosystems Studio is a space for learning and teaching about the dynamic interrelationships between human health and well-being and that of non-human species and our shared habitats.

The Reviving Neighborhoods Studio is a space for learning and teaching about ways to create vibrant sustainable economic communities through reviving basic community support systems so that individuals can innovate and so that small business can thrive in  healthy, safe, supportive communities.
